This time with 98% less arrow bending abilities.
We recently redid the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The brown middle section is the old carpet and the white outsides are from extra new carpet. It was cut to three feet by one foot and there are holes about an two inches in the sides. Two rather thick pine sides bolted with a large steel rod through all of the carpet.
So far it stops arrows very nicely and it is very easy to pull arrows out of. And best of all, it won’t break up like the previous foam target.
We still have yet to figure out exactly how to put on an actual target for scoring and it needs wheels because it’s damn heavy.
